Imagine you’re climbing a mountain. You have the strength and determination, but the path is steep and unclear. This is where a coach comes in. A coach is like a guide who helps you navigate the tricky trails of your personal and professional life.

While many coaches work from the outside in, focusing on external actions and strategies, I believe in an inside-out approach. By addressing your inner thoughts, beliefs, and values, we create a solid foundation for lasting change.

Why Do We Need Coaching?

Many of us want to grow and continue to perform in many areas of our life. For example in career: Sarah, a talented professional who feels stuck in her career. Despite her skills and hard work, she struggles with self-doubt and finds it difficult to move forward. Many coaching methods would focus on improving her resume, networking skills, and job search strategies – working from the outside in. However, an inside-out coaching approach starts with addressing Sarah’s inner landscape.

By working with us, Sarah can begin to explore her underlying beliefs and fears that hold her back. Through guided reflection and powerful questions, she uncovers her true values and passions. This inner clarity empowers Sarah to set authentic goals and develop a deep-seated confidence.

How Coaching Works?

Coaching is a personalised process and normally conducted via coaching conversation and sometimes with some games. where conversations with a trained coach help individuals. We will work with the clients to identify their goals, and through the journey of coaching we help clients to gain clarity and awareness, overcome challenges, setting meaningful goals, and developing practical strategies.

为何我们需要一个教练?

如果你有一个想完成的目标,比如那是你事业上的一个任务或是目标,你有了想完成它的想法, 但这条道路陡峭且不清晰, 你或许还在迟疑拖延,迟迟未能开始。

许多教练的方式及哲理是从外向内工作,专注于外部行动和策略,比如 – 你要计划你怎样处理你的小任务,你需要什么样的工具来帮助你的拖延等。

但我更看重从内向外并结合的方法。通过探讨你内心的想法、信念和价值观,再到计划外在因素条件,并依据心理学为背景来让客户的改变打下坚实基础。

在完成目标的过程中, 让客户学习突破自己的思考行为习惯,内心的障碍,发展出学习的能力来完成生活的目标,让生活过得比现在的阶段更美满。

那教练 (coaching) 的过程是怎样进行的呢?

在一程工作室, 我们的教练 (coaching) 服务是会为客户个性化及量身定制,而过程通常以对话进行,有时也会我们也应用游戏来帮助客户。

在这些对话过程中,我们会与客户合作,确定他们的目标,并通过这个教练 (coaching)的旅程帮助客户觉察以及意识到内心的挑战,设定有意义的目标,并制定实际的策略, 在这完成目标的过程中学习并成长。
